The range offers a large choice of low pressure and high pressure peristaltic pumps, including for corrosive, abrasive and fragile products. What’s more, reduced Life Cycle Costs mean that you’ll get the very best value from your equipment at every stage of its life, from conception to maintenance costs.

Peristaltic Principle
The peristaltic pumping principle is based on the capacity of a soft elastomer hose to accept a deformation and subsequently recover its initial shape.

Technical Advantages
→ Only one wearing part
→ The hose is the only part that is in contact with the product, meaning it’s the only part that’ll get worn.
→ Seal-less design
→ Self-priming
→ The pump automatically begins self-priming on start-up, without the need for any special equipment.
→ Reversibility
→ Thanks to its symmetrical design, can be easily be used in reverse.
→ Dry-running
→ Dry running is possible, without any risk of damage.
→ Corrosive products
→ As only the pump hose is in contact with the fluid, can be used with acidic or basic products without any danger of corrosion.
→ Abrasive products
→ The elastomer hose resists abrasion better than a metallic surface, and the low running speed reduces the risk of abrasion even further.
→ Delicate products
→ As transfer takes place within the tube, the product won’t encounter any agitation, making it perfect for delicate products.
→ Dry-matter
→ Depending on fluid density, dry-matter concentration can be up to 60%.
→ Solid particles
→ The pump can cope with solid particle, up to a 1/3 of the size of the hose bore diameter.

With various pump constructions and a wide choice of elastomer hoses, range allows to cover a wide variety of applications calling for heavy duty and flexibility.

Specially designed for the food industry, a new food grade hose is available. The part in contact with the fluid is white. Engineered for high pressure applications, it can be Cleaned In Place and complies with CE 1935/2004 and FDA 21 CFR177.2600.

With an outstanding mechanical resistance, it provides superior hose life compared with standard nitrile and brings performances, food safety compliance and low life cycle costs together.
